Meeting Room Reservation Form

Keene Public Library has 4 different meeting rooms available for use by non-profit, civic, cultural, charitable and social organizations in Keene. Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, with the library reserving first priority for its own programs.

Certain restrictions apply. Please read our Rules for the Use of Library Meeting Rooms, noting that all meetings must be free and open to the public, and that library policy forbids soliciting donations or selling anything in the library.

To Request a room:

Print out & sign and date a copy of the Assumption of Responsiblity Form. Mail your signed copy to: Colleen Swider, Keene Public Library, 60 Winter Street, Keene, NH 03431. If fees apply (evenings & Saturdays), please include a check for the appropriate amount.

How many people are expected to attend?

Meetings in the Library are posted for the public. Please indicate a Title for your program as well as a brief description.

Other Information

These will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is best to request equipment WELL IN ADVANCE of your meeting. All rooms except the Auditorium come equipped with chairs and tables. The Auditorium has fixed seating and a pull-down screen.
