Reconstructing Atticus Finch and the Role of the Public Defender

Come to a presentation by Meredith Lugo, a New Hampshire criminal defense attorney about the role of defense lawyers in the criminal justice system. Taking the portrayal of Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockinbird as a jumping off point the question of how perceptions of defense attorneys have changed will be discussed.
