Homework Tips and Guides for Teens

The library provides you with the resources you need to succeed.   The Youth Department runs a Learning Connections Homework Center with resources and trained volunteers to lend a hand.  Our volunteer tutors are well trained to help students one-on-one in the library in a variety of academic subjects.  Tutoring appointments can be arranged by calling Gail Zachariah at 603-352-0157.

Keene Public Library is a good place for studyingIf you can't make it to the library then, you can connect to a real live tutor from your home. Live Homework Help is available for learners of all ages and abilities.  This program is connects students to a real live tutor. Students can receive help in math, science, social studies or English everyday of the week from 3 until 10 PM. Help in Spanish is available Sunday through Thursday from 3 until 10 PM.

We also offer study guides, online databases, encyclopedias & websites, as well as thousand of print resources.

In addition to our tutoring services, the library's Homework Assistance Program delivers a series of workshops to improve students' study skills.
